Comics Studio
About the Course
The Comics Studio Experience
Explore storytelling through words and images in this hands-on elective for all skill levels. You’ll learn how writing, drawing, and visual language work together to communicate ideas, build worlds, and connect with readers.
Through guided exercises and projects, you’ll develop expressive characters, craft compelling narratives, and bring your stories to life through inking and sequential art. The class encourages experimentation, collaboration, and the development of your own artistic voice.
What You’ll Create
You’ll create several short comics and collect them into a final mini-comic to share, take home, or include in your portfolio. Along the way, you’ll exchange ideas and feedback with classmates as you develop your work.
What You’re Registering For
