About Cornish Rentals
Thank you for your interest in renting creative and performance spaces at Cornish College of the Arts!
Cornish supports local businesses and non-profit organizations through competitive rates for our event venues in South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, and Seattle Center. Cornish has a variety of spaces from theaters and rehearsal studios to galleries and lecture halls, all maintained by professional studio technicians and stagehands.
Cornish also offers a range of catering options through Cafe Bon Appetit. Our resourceful rentals team can assist you with all stages of planning, including audio-visual needs, room and equipment set-up, event flow logistics and more.
Classroom rentals to new clients are suspended until further notice due to scheduling Cornish+ evening and weekend programing. Prior clients may contact rentals based on previous rental contracts.

Black Box Theaters
The black box theaters are flexible spaces for theater productions, private parties, and more.
Rehearsal Spaces
Spaces are available at our multiple campus sites on Capitol Hill (Kerry Hall) and in South Lake Union (Main Campus Center [MCC], Commons, Annex, and Lui).
Poncho Concert Hall
Poncho Concert Hall is scheduled to reopen for rentals and performances in October 2024.
Cornish Playhouse
The Cornish Playhouse at Seattle Center is a vibrant theatrical and educational facility and a landmark of modern architecture.

Level-up with Cornish College of the Arts by renting one of our four premier event venues in South Lake Union, Capitol Hill or at Seattle Center. Cornish has a variety of spaces from theaters and rehearsal studios to galleries and lecture halls, and much more.
From light appetizers to full service plated dinners and signature cocktails, we offer a range of catering options through our partnerships with Cafe Bon Apetit and Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes.
