The Franklin Method® combines functional anatomy and Dynamic Neuro-Cognitive Imagery to improve motor performance. Research has shown that attaching specific thoughts or visualizations to movements can boost the way the body performs them. These techniques promote health, injury prevention, longevity and general well being. These workshops explore optimal joint function through imagery, anatomy, props and movement.

Participants will learn evidence based Dynamic Neuro-Cognitive Imagery tools that enhance embodiment of our natural design to improve strength, mobility and coordination.
