About our studio spaces
Spaces for dance and theater rehearsals are available at our multiple campus sites on Capitol Hill (Kerry Hall) and in South Lake Union (Main Campus Center [MCC], Commons, Annex, and Lui).
Our rehearsal and dance studios are available for local performing artists, and existing partners.
As of July 1, 2023, all other classroom spaces are not available until further notice due to Cornish+ adult programming on evenings and weekends.
Kerry Hall Dance Studios
Cornish has a variety of dance-specific rehearsal spaces located in the Dance Department at Kerry Hall.

- All halls are ADA accessible and replete with marley flooring, barre, piano and mirrors
Main Campus Center (MCC), Commons, Annex, and Lui Spaces
This climate-controlled studio space is located at the Cornish Playhouse in the Seattle Center. It is suitable for auditions, rehearsals, readings, intimate performances, and private parties. Equipped with a piano, lights, and sound system.
