Take your design skills beyond the computer, and design with faculty and peer review time built into a course that can help you grow passed your current portfolio. This course, led by a respected designer and professor, helps creatives refine their portfolios for job seeking or project improvement. The class meets bi-weekly over eight weeks, and will provide valuable feedback through class critiques and review activities, while also addressing presentation skills.

Over the eight weeks, the time between bi-weekly meetings will be subsidized with an online platform that allows you to share your work in real-time with peers, as well as make appointments with the faculty for office hour reviews and feedback.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Portfolio Content and Layout Review (instructor/class review of online presence)
  • Project Refinement (class critique)
  • Presentation Practice (narrative/story-telling skills)
  • Resume Review
